The Engineering Automation Steering Committee

The Engineering Automation Steering Committee (EASC) is a standing committee that prioritizes and oversees engineering automation projects for ODOT. The committee also communicates vision and plans, concerning engineering automation, to ODOT staff and other stakeholders. The EASC reports to the Technical Leadership Team (TLT), and derives their authority from the TLT. TLT has final approval authority for any decisions recommended by the EASC.

The Engineering Automation Steering Committee membership may change or rotate based on available resources and ODOT needs.

The CAD Standards Committee

The CAD Standards Committee (CSC) is a standing sub-committee of the Engineering Automation Steering Committee (EASC), defining and maintaining ODOT CAD standards (this differs from engineering specifications as this pertains only to engineering automation). The CSC is a sub-committee of the Engineering Automation Steering Committee (EASC), and derives their authority from the EASC. The EASC has final approval authority for any decisions recommended by the CSC.

The CAD Standards Committee membership may change or rotate based on available resources and ODOT needs.
