The Oregon Department of Transportation's Construction Quality Assurance Program oversees the quality control and quality assurance of transportation construction projects and laboratory testing facilities. The Quality Assurance program requires all personnel and laboratories performing materials testing and/or project inspections to be certified. The level of certification is dependent on the specific type of testing or inspection to be performed.
